And this "Canadian education" that you speak of. It's just about CAD13000. It's quite cheap if you compare it to Europe or the US to be honest.

No it is not. An MBA or masters is not a certificate course. A certificate course is a certificate course, PG or post diploma are the same.

As it's not as difficult to get enrolled into as compared to an mba or master, I have decided to opt for the certificate. And India does not have a good digital media management course that is accredited.

My company makes monthly sales of over CAD15000 . That's more than you make for sure. I have my bank statements to prove it. That is how I can justify why I'm paying so much for this course. And do you think I would abandon my company for measly CAD4000 paying Canadian job? Think again
