study visa refused

Respected sir my canda study was refused.the reason of my refusal was other reason.i ve got 6.5 band in second attemp.R 7.5,l 6,s 6,w 5.5.
10 th = 72%
+2 = 58
Btech = 69
i ve also paid gic
The course ive choose was electro mechanical engineering robotics and automation.i ve applied for 2016 jan batch.i ve done my btech in 2014..i want to apply again in canada.please sir its my humble request please help me

Electro mechanical engineering robotics and automation is a diploma course and you already have engineering. That could be reason for refusal. In which stream you did your engineering?

What is reason for rejection they give you??
In which u have done bechalor??? Electrical or mechanical???

it seems you had some problem with your ties to home country/funds section( had you filled the form properly like giving details of your family income, etc.)
because choosing degree/diploma course, many have been given visas.even master's students are getting visas for diplomas.
also your 5.5 in writing section could have been a reason
