Study Visa refused twice ! Need help

Applied for business administration and commerce at Canada college in montreal and now im thinking of applying to fanshawe college or fleming college for a science related diploma since I had a dental assisting certificate and had taken science at school..
Made a mistake applying to canada college and business administration I know :/

You should check the institute on the DLI list before applying. If the institute is not there, you will not be issued a study permit. Search Google DLI list and go to website for that.

Well I am trying again and waiting for gcms right now so I don’t waste more money or get another rejection :/ thanks!
