Study visa refused for the 2nd time ...Appeal or Reapply ????

My study permit has been refused for the second time!

Can anybody please tell me if I should appeal the decision or reapply ?

Or reapply is the only way .. is there any diff ?

You have to re-apply. Your application is closed. Why were you refused both times and if you re-apply with the same documents you will be refused again.

There is no appeal process other than to go to court in Canada which would be expensive and it only sets asside the decision in the best case.

Sounds to me, if you were born and live in Dubai, the passport wasn't submitted. Agree with Kirin above. Sounds like not SOP was submitted with an explanation why you want to study in Canada and how the course will help you when you return to Dubai.

I had mentioned I want to return to my home country and start a business ...

I prepared a detailed SOP .... still failed ...

Can’t find a way ..to make my way there

So you are not a Dubai/UAE citizen correct? If so, this likely the issue, as they normally want ties back to citizenship country which would be very difficult in your case.

Hi, can you share your sop because i also live in uae and cic has stated the same immigration status. What amendments did you make to rectify it? It would be kind of you.

May I know like if Visa got refused first time due to Purpose Of Visit...

So if we want to reapply for visa then do we need to give answer for only Purpose of Visit or we have to mention other things also like we mentioned when we applied first like "why to study in canada" etc etc.
