I have done my B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, passed out in 2016 with 14 backlogs and form then I joined industry. Currently having 3 yrs of experience in core field. I have applied for the course of diploma in Electromechanical Engineering - robotics in St.clair clg, Windsor for Jan 2020 program. IELTS score 6.5 (7,7,6,6)
I got caips notes in March saying 2 points :
1. Based on all the information before me including: transcript, qualification, employment and education history, relevance of the proposed course of studies, and/or their future prospects and plan, I am not satisfied that the client is bona fide student who will depart Canada at the and of the period authorized for their stay.
2. I have reviewed all information before me. Educational documents presented reflect low to low average prior scholastic history. Client has not explained this result, therefore I have concerns whether the applicant will be able to successfully complete the program of study in Canada. Study plan submitted is general and does not outline a clear career path for which such an educational program would be of benefit. Considering previous academic performance, relevance of the proposed course of study and taking into account factors such as travel history, personal establishment and ties to home country, I am not satisfied that the applicant would be a bona fide student in Canada and would depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay. Application refused.
