study visa refusal , pls help me

Hlo members , pls help me i want help desperately , the reason behind that is my student visa rejection of canada student visa , visa officer explain 3 reasons ;
1. Reliwancy of study
2. Low percentage
3. language ability

My profile is ,
10th in 2011 , 68% marks , all subjects above 60%
12th in 2013 , 68% , all subjects above 60 %
April 2013 to march 2014 One year Advance diploma in computer application , percentage 70%
April 2014 to september 2014 , Diploma in computerized accounting , 71 %
In ielts i got 6 band overall , Listenig 7 , Reading 6 , writing 5.5 , Speaking 6
After that i got admission in Diploma of Business Administration in university of the fraser valley , Abbotsford for january intake
But yesterday i got visa rejection

But i donot know why i got rejection bcoz my percentage is good , ielts score is also good , course is relivant , i donot know i am so tensed so pls help me , give me suggestions can i got visa again if i applied

Is there a spelling mistake for number 1? Perhaps you made many spelling mistakes and therefore CIC thinks you did not meet their language ability expectations.

But now i applied for caips notes bcoz my agent consult me for caips notes , and he say me that we will written sop again , bcoz sometimes our intensions are not make impact on visa officer mind , so give me suggestions , is i am ryt ??

No, you need to correct your spelling mistakes or typo. Otherwise there is a great probability that your application will be rejected again.
