I have completed my studies in july, 2018 i.e. Diploma and applied for work permit but in august i withdraw my work permit application. In december 2018 i applied for visa extension and in january 2019 i applied for study permit (for further extension) i am still waiting for both the visa's
Not enough info.
SP expires 90 days after completing studies or on the expiry date printed on it whichever is sooner.
You need to apply for study permit extension before it expires.
If it expires you have 90 days to apply for restoration of status.
If 90 days pass you need to leave the country as there is no viable option to regain status as far as I know.
You say u applied for visa extension, you mean TRV? You cant extend that unless you have valid status, so normal steps are to extend/restore study permit THEN extend TRV.

Hi guys,
I got visa approved for may 2019 intake (Got visa till Nov 2020)and later college offered new LOA with extended program dates till Dec 2020.
So what I need to do in this case?
Do I need to apply for study permit extension when I will reach Canada or I need to reapply while in India?
Do I need to notify Embassy regarding this?
Kindly share views if anybody came across such kind of issue
