I am from Spain and am applying for a study visa in Ontario,
This is my local visa office instructions

The last page asks for what looks like a bank balance certificate so if I show that my bank balance is enough for tuition and expenses then it should be fine.?
I read about bank statements for the last four months but I received a bank loan and not sure if I should show the loan in my account
