I submitted my study permit application together with an upfront medical exam on 23rd March , and on the 28th March I saw in my account that I passed my medical exam. Since then nothing has changed in the account. What could be the next step ?

So your application has yet to undergo eligibility (whether you meet the requirements) for the permit.
