Hi, I'm Kusum and living on dependant visa in UK for about 4 months. And I have an idea to apply for a canadian education permit. My mother country is Sri Lanka and do I have to go back to Sri Lanka to apply? Or can I directly apply from UK?

You can simply apply for Study at Canada but permission will be granted from your own country, because Srilankan Embassy will get involve to provide you a study visa. 8)
