Hi hello sir
I had applied for study permit in India at Canada Bangalore embassy ..I had applied at April 20 2018 ...My college starts at may28 2018..Presently my status is under process and medicals are passed....My doubt is how much time I should wait for visa and if visa not come under may 28 does my visa get rejects..In loa expiration date is June16 can I go to Canada. If visa comes in June 10 date
Others can comment as well but you did see that the average processing time for a study permit applied for from India is quoted as 7 weeks. So applying April 20 for a May 28 start date was unlikely to be approved in time so you will probably need to defer your start date.

you don't need to apply for visa again as you recent study permit application is currently been processed so all you need to do is to defer your admission to September to be on a safer side
you applied late, except you want to believe in miracles but its always right to do the necessary even when hoping and believing.. Good Luck
