Study permit without CAQ?..urgent

Can I apply for study permit without CAQ? I am waiting for LOA fromuniversity and CAQ is stuck without LOA. So wanted to know if I can apply before 1st dec for study permit and work on CAQ at the same time? please let me know your thoughts

nope....caq approval is must before visa filing....CAQ is mentioned in visa checklist too....so better to wait for email version of caq...

in university checklist it doesnt say about caq.....they wont finalize visa until they get caq but will the accept visa application without caq?

i would recomend u to wait for pdf version.......on my pdf version of CAQ it is also mentioned to submit a copy of it along with other visa docs......u still have time to apply....visa process takes only a week from india.......till then arrange all other docs....

bro still there are 20 days ... when will ur offer letter reach you??have u arranged courier services???

thats the problem i made a mistake i did not arange courier and now the LOA is in mail.....so waiting ...will concordia send another copy if i arrange a courier now?

yup they will arrange offer letter if u want by courier...wat are waiting for......even i got offer letter by courier....but i also received offer letter which they sent by ordinary mail (teceived 2 days back after 1 month )
