Hello everyone!

I want to ask you a question, in the past I applied for a visitor visa to IRCC which was approved and I had my biometrics, 7 months later I applied for my study permit and since I had my valid biometrics I attached them to the application, two weeks later After sending my application, they sent me my letter that the biometrics are still valid.

My question is, does my processing time start the day I submit the application or the day I receive my biometrics letter?
