Study Permit Visa for September 2018

I submitted my application of study permit online on 1August for Fall 2018.

There is no update yet on my application.
By when can i expect my study permit?

I have received a offer letter from a non-spp college of British Columbia for one year program. Can anyone please answer me that will I get work permit after post graduation and how much it would be ?
