My application (renewal) for a study permit (plus TRV) made from outside Canada has been approved.
Due to the pandemic, I have continued my doctoral research from my country for 13 months.
In my application, I checked yes on the form "imm5753e_Request_medical". I was waiting that IRCC would notify me for medical examinations. However, on the web, it says the following:
Review of medical results Help - Review of medical results
You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.
And then it says:
Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details.
My question is: is it possible that they (IRCC) approved my renewal of the study permit/TRV made from outside Canada without requesting medical exams?
