Study permit urgent suggestion

Can u give me suggestion
10th CBSE 2012 :8.0 cgpa (Math :70)

12th CBSE 2014 Non medical .But math supplementary cleared in 2015 as private candidate :54%( Math :33)

Meanwhile Diploma Civil engg (2014-2017 ) 3 years :82% (Math : 75)

IELTS : (L :7.0 ,R: 6.0 , S:6.0 ,W:6.0)(;O :6.5) on 1st february 2018.

Applied for St. Clair college for Construction Engg Technician
Should i be judged on my recent diploma or previous 12th?
As i have applied for visa application. Did visa officer check my recent diploma or previous 12th score.?
Applied visa on 21st feb 2018 in vfs chandigarh.

My case is also same as urs... dont worry 3 yr diploma in india is equivalent to canadian secondary school diploma so ur recent study will be considered by visa officer... so dont worry jst chill man...and pllz inform us about wht u will get in ur passport....

Actually m also having problem... i have applied for networking program in seneca for may intake and they had refused the application by saying that program is highly competitive and now i have applied in three other colleges GBC, CENTENNIAL, DURHAM COLLEGE... I dont whether i would get the LOA or not...

I have completed poly diploma in cse with 70% and in 12th i had got 64% (36 in maths) ielts 6.5 not less than 6 in each...

U know GBC is best college if u get ur offer... because it is in downtown and its ranking is also better than any other college in toronto

Can I apply with the conditional letter of acceptance to acquire the study permit?

As the college officer told me we only provide conditional letter of acceptance and he said yes you can apply with it.

Sometime colleges provide conditional LOA but most of the college provide unconditional loa after submission of your tuition fees.
Some clgs provide conditional loa which means if you dont pay full fees of course then clg will cancel your admission .
But if there written that you can use this acceptance in canadian embassy for study permit then u can apply using that.
But i recommend please confirm all the perespectives first.

You should take ESL with ur program rather than applying without ielts score.
If u dont want to attach TRF then u must have ESL program with ur course.
