when do you graduate...are you at college or university.....when does your study permit expire......when do you plan to start work for this employer.....all these factors can determine if ,how long for and when you can work after graduate. The information about working after graduation is on CIC website

1. No such rule.
2. The employer would have to obtain an approved LMIA after advertising the position for 4 weeks, pay $1000, demonstrate why no Canadians/PR are available or qualified for the position.
3. If it is approved, then you could apply for a work permit.
And keep in mind there is no guarantee the work permit will be approved even if the LMIA is approved. If CIC feels you used the study permit as a means of getting to Canada to find a job - they may refuse your work permit.
