My post-grad work permit is expiring this spring. I have applied to get a PR via Canadian Experience Class program very recently (so there is no chance there will be a decision made before my permit expires).
I want to go back to school in September (in Canada still) and will be applying for a study permit within a couple of week. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Do they issue a study permit as of September (begging of the school year)? Would I have a “gap” between my permits and have to leave the country?
