can a past 90 day, and out of status student apply for restoration in canada with a TRP?
How is it done?
What is the sucess rate of approval?
 
That's not what a TRP is really for. When did your status expire? If it was after January you can restore until the end of the year due to covid.

April 2019, status expired. A consultantant told her if she overstayed any permit/visa she can apply for a TRP within Canada
