I have graduated from college with a UG diploma in August 2019. And applied for pgwp which was refused on Feb 11 2020. I plan to take PG studies now and I have got the offer letter. I wanted to know that should I be applying for study permit restoration or extension? I am confused because I got my study completion letter on 30 Sep 2019. I got my transcripts on 6 Oct 2019. The thing is I have read on CIC site that "Your study permit will become invalid 90 days after you have completed your study program or on the date it expires, whichever date comes first." My study permit expiry date is 31st March 2020. So should I be applying for extension or restoration provided that I am going to a new school with a new program?
