study permit renewal

Hello,

I came to Canada as a student in 2012, with both a study permit and a work permit ( coop ).

I haven't finished my program yet, but I want to transfer to another school ( and to a different program )

My study permit will expire soon, so what do you recommend me to do?

PS: I am a bit worried because I want to renew my study permit but I am changing to another school and studying a different program
