I applied in late december and did my Medical on February 1st. Status of medical results was never updated on CIC website. Today I received the letter that my application is refused because of COMPLETION OF MEDICAL. I had my medical on February 1st, confirmed thrice from the doctor, according to him results were uploaded to eMedical... That is so wrong... I don't know what to do at this point? I have already deferred my studies to May 2016, but now I cannot defer it anymore or I will lose the research assistantship. What should I do? Confused...
Should I reapply right now ? Do I have to go through the medical, biometric and all that process again? Will there be chances that my case will be processed faster to get me visa before May session?
Request a report of your medical and submit with new application asap.
Or go for upfront medical again and submit reports but u should not delay anymore
I was surprised how e-medical report is missed . Ple go for upfront medical and apply again.

I have heard it is possible to reopen the case if it is mistake on their end. Not sure whether they will consider my case or not, but trying for that...!
