Study permit refused in less than one day

Hello and good day everyone. I'm incredibly confused, my country's processing time is about 11 weeks. However, my study permit, which I submitted yesterday night, got refused today morning. Meaning it got processed in less than 1 day. What confuses me more are the reasons, the last time I was refused was based on unsatisfaction that I will leave after my study period because of country ties. But now it's financial, country ties, and purpose of visit. My purpose of visit is studying and my yearly budget is $40,000 I made that clear and proved it and also stated in my sop that I will leave after finishing my bachelor. What to do now? Is it normal to get refused this fast?

That is why I'm so confused, is this not a mistake? I submitted my study permit application yesterday around midnight and woke up today to find it assessed and refused, the country is USA and processing time is 11 weeks.

This is definitely a wrong refusal. I will advise you to appeal using an immigration lawyer provide you are sure you submitted the right documents.

Did you say USA? And you said 11weeks? Is lie, US processing time is never 11weeks. Secondly you did not tell us all ur refusal points during the first application

This is definitely a wrong refusal. I will advise you to appeal using an immigration lawyer provide you are sure you submitted the right documents.

Yes I'm 100% sure all the documents are correct, I revised everything numerous times and after the refusal again revised my submitted papers. How would the appeal process go? And what are the chances of the appeal being accepted, because I heard appeals are difficult and long process.

Yes, USA, go check the processing times now. It says 11 weeks. There was only one point of refusal during the first application and I mentioned it. I was refused because the officer was not satisfied I would return after my studies are over because of insufficient ties to home country. But now the second study permit was refused for 3 reasons and 2 of them are simply invalid.

Times are just estimates. US processing is usually much faster than 11 weeks.

I'm currently in the US on an F1 student visa attending a community college. I've never had any backlogs or gap years. I got accepted by a university in Canada as a transfer student and provided everything the officer would need in my study permit request, but still found a refusal today. Also I never worked, I'm currently a student pursuing a bachelor's degree. But still I find the reasons unreasonable and the refusal was simply too fast.

Always a problem applying from a country that is not your country of citizenship, they always say you dont have ties to your home country. Financialy did the amount you have cover 10K + fees for first year and how the rest was going to be covered?

Using a lawyer could get the refusal overturned but it does not grant you a visa, another officer will be assigned to check your application. So its not worth it really. It might be better to use a good Canadian immigration lawyer to make the next application for you.

This doesn't make much sense to me. Also the amount of time predicted on the website is 11 weeks. Do you think I should try again for a study permit or wait till winter 2021? Because there are too many restrictions and unpredicted things currently.

I know an immigration consultant who works with an immigration lawyer with 100% success so far in appeals. It can be length but when the reason for refusal seems unreasonable they chances of wining your appeal is high.

I think the biggest problem is you applied from USA on f1 student visa and not from your home country. I'm just starting out my life as a student, how can I show assets that tie me home? I've been basically living my whole life as an expat and recently came to the US for education, however I believe Canada is a better option because of several reasons. Canada simply has more opportunities and is more accepting. Is there anyway aside from assets I can increase my chances?
