Received refusal based on the below reason: Never travelled out of India previously, how could this happen, refusal was received in Feb 2022. if anyone had such refusal please advise steps taken: i have requested for GCMS notes already.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your history of having contravened the conditions of
admission on a previous stay in Canada.
