hi..! I ve applied for canadian student visa on 22nd november 2016 for january 2017 intake. Its been a long time since ive applied.I didnt get any response,I js want to make sure that... will this may give a bad decision for me in my visa. Thing i need to mention is ive got USA refusal. Can anyone know about how much time it will take...! And how many chances do i have in getting a positive response...!!

Visa application, tracking ID No.Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office BANGALORE, on 14/12/2016 to the Canada Visa Application Centre. To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website.
no approval mail....is this d indication of rejection. ..pls replyyyy

I got the same mail and my visa was approved. You can't know for sure unless you have linked your paper application to online account. I had linked mine and hence I was able to know the status beforehand.
