I have completed my 2 years Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Finance from Thompson Rivers University, BC, Canada in April 2015. I have got my Post Grad Work permit for 3 years till 2019 and also I have given my IELTS General test. I am planning to take an accounting software course (either Sage 50 or Quickbooks) in Canada, so, would the above requirements would be sufficient in doing the course? OR do I specifically need a study permit to do the course?

you will need brand new study permit for new course

Ok thank you but how would I apply for the study permit since I already have my Post Grad work permit?

You need a study permit, but beware: you only can apply for a PGWP once in your life, so if you study while your PGWP is active you'll lose the privilege of working in Canada without a LMIA.
