Study permit - offer letter issue

Hi hope you're doing well,

we have an issue going on and the consultancy is not helping much. My brother got 49 marks in 12th Maths and we want to get admission in diploma, 2 year program. We wanted to join in September intake but we still don't have any offer letter at the moment and the consultancy keeps suggesting degree courses which we are not interested in. He wants to get into Diploma but they are saying because he has 49 marks in maths, getting the admission is tough

Is there any way we can get admission by doing some prerequisite courses in math or any help/suggestion would be appreciated
