I have been admitted for winter 2021 intake
my timeline is as follows ;

Online application
SDS/ non-SDS : Non-SDS
date applied: 4 November 2020
Biometrics done: 9 November 2020
eligibility: under review
medicals: not required
final decision : in progress

I haven't received my AIP yet,
should I fill in a web form?
and how is my application progressing?

Just because your program starts winter 2021 obligate IRCC to process your appliction any faster, they will deal in their own time and once all the checks are complete you will get a final decision. The reply to any webform will be your application is being processed. You just have to defer if you don't get a decision before your program starts
