Hey y'all,

So I have my Letter of Introduction and my eTA (which permits me to enter Canada). I arrived and cleared customs and immigration without a problem but I wasn't issued a Study Permit at the port of entry. Now what do I do? Is it possible to go to a CIC office and have them do that? Or do I have to leave the country and re-enter again?
Without the Study Permit I'm technically a "Visitor" and not a student and therefor not allowed to start my program.
Somebody please enlighten me with this.

Thanks,
Dave

1. You are going to have to "flagpole" at a port of entry to get your study permit.

What does that mean?

Drive down to a USA / Canada land border crossing. Exit Canada, then reenter.
