Hello. I used the IRCC's time calculator and I am from Russia, it has been saying that no processing time available for 3 weeks already. And like a month ago it changed from 20 weeks to 7 weeks and then to no time available. I tried to check like 20 countries and all of them have the processing time, with the exception of North Korea Does it mean that they do not process our applications at all? VAC's are closed, however, since September 14th they wrote that they started to request passports for stamping visas.
