Study permit medical exam

Hi guys I could use your assistance.

I did an upfront medical exam 1 week before submitting my online study application.

I didn’t know I had to upload anything and just over 2 months later (now).
They sent me a letter asking me to complete my medical exam.

Should I email them at general enquiry explaining how I have already done it or should I upload a certain document now?
