Hello,
I already got my student visa with a letter of a university in Ontario for may intake but I still didn't arrive to Canada yet, so is it possible that I can change my university and start in any college in September intake or I can only study in the university through which I got my visa ?

you can change the uni/clg for sure by online gc key account on CIC website.If you have not, than sign up for that. It will take 5 minutes only.
You should note thay for changing uni/clg, you have to have offer letter from another uni/clg first.
Once you get that,
follow this link to change DLI ( Change Uni/Clg)

And as u r planning to change DLI and to Fall( Sept) intake, and you have visa acc. to May intake.
So in future,
It may happen that your study oermit expires before completing your programme.
If this situation arises, you can get your study permit be extended before 90 days of its expiry.
