Indian staying in USA.
For applying study permit do I need both FBI and PCC?
PCC will take 2 months to get from Indian embassy. So I'm planning to apply for study permit without FBI, PCC....and meanwhile I will apply for PCC, FBI. If visa officer asks for them then I'l submit them
The question is, to get PCC I need to show original passport in Indian consulate. but my passport will be with canadian consulate(as I will be applying for study permit). Does visa officer send my passport back while asking for PCC/FBI?
