Hllo friends, I am Gorav from India. I have one query regarding study permit in canada. I applied for Business administration diploma program in canada and now i get conditional acceptance and offer letter from college. I want to know that how can i show my expanses when i will apply for study visa. Is there any special process for this or i simply show in my indian bank account. If there any suggestion for study visa please tell me. I shall be thankful.
Hi Gorav,
You can show your proof of funds by attaching any one of the following items:
- Bank statements
- Proof of income (i.e. pay slips)
- Proof of sponsorship
- Proof that you received a grant/loan/scholarship
- A bank draft in CAD showing you have ample funds
- A bank account in Canada with ample funds
- etc...
Obviously, I won't be able to list all of the items accepted by CIC. You will be able to get a more comprehensive list when you apply online (just click the little question mark bubble next to the "proof of funds" field").
