Study permit from Dubai for fall 2020

Hello, did anyone applied for study permit from Dubai these days???
I have applied on 13/6/2020 online then they sent me letter to do the biometrics collection and I did on 16/6/2020 then untill now there is no update , any one experienced the same situation???

What about if the program start and we don’t hear anything? Any idea ?

You can start taking classes online from outside of Canada, but of course it's a risk since if your application is eventually refused you may be unable to get your money back. Some people have deferred their admission for this reason.
