Hi,I applied for a 6 months course in Canada.File lodged was on 18th March I got 3 ghost updates every time I checked it indicated "Application Profile/Updated "Last time when there was an ghost update I checked back there was "we are reviewing weather you meet eligibility requirement" but my medical hasn't updated yet.Following is my timeline so am I at final stage of getting a decision?.Your answers will be appreciated.

Yes, your application is currently being examined by an IRCC officer. You should expect to hear from them soon. Medical results usually get updated when a final decision is given.

Hi, i havent get any response yet plus when i am trying to track my application through vfs it says no record found previously it was showing.
