This inquiry is on the behalf of my Indian citizen friend who is an international student in UK and living there since 2005 and he studied there and worked there as well [hospitality industry].. and now he's further thinking to apply for a Study Permit for CANADA. So all i want to ask if anybody is in the same situation or have applied for it and knows what other supporting documents he should require to submit along with his study permit file for making his case strong?? His family will financially support him for all his expenses including tuition fee.
there are three main things that the visa officer focused on it
1. relationship of previouse study with acceptance letter study
try to prepare study plan to explain it according to the rule of application.
2. evedence of fund
bank statemant, and other fund if you have explaine it for him
3. evedence of leaving canada after study
they need to be sure, to leave canada after your study. for this you need to write what you have ties in your country or country where you currently living, like property you have, mention family you have etc
If you satisfy those three points to him. It will be simple to get visa
dats true, but is it OK if he want to show the bank statements/balance of his parents instead of his own, along with the affidavit of support by his parents???
