My work permit application, as well as the visitor for my wife and youngest kid (4 years old), were all accepted; however, my eldest child's (7-year-old) application was denied, and she was instructed to apply for a study permit instead.
My question is:
Is a new account required, or can I use my existing account and my GCKey user ID and password to apply for my daughter's study permit?

another question:
Is proof of funds required even if the parent has previously provided proof of background since my work permit application was approved? Is it necessary for her (a 7 years old girl) to provide additional proof of funds for her work permit?
Thanks in advance
Minors coming to Canada with parents who have a valid study or work permit DON'T need to provide a letter of acceptance from a school when applying for a study permit.
while doing the application for my child (7 years old) they told me as follows:

ans. NO
The same Proof of funds can be used which you used during the word permit . Normally the application for study permit should have been together so would have used that anyway.
