Recently an immigration officer issued me a study permit he didn't even ask my loa, also the permit i got states my field of study as "OTHER" even though it's Computing/IT. My course is web programming also my other colleagues with same course got computing/IT as field of study, so my question is if i study with my existing permit will it be relevant and would i get PGWP if my study is completed.
I'm really confused any enlightenment will be appreciated!
I highly doubt you were issued a study permit without any proof you'd been admitted to a DLI.

maybe they already had my loa because in permit dli is mentioned with appropriate validity but i'm confused about that field of study part which states "OTHER"
Who submitted your application? One of the requirements is a letter of acceptance.
Doesn't matter you can study anything no matter what field the SP says and it has no relation to PGWP.
