Study Permit Extension

Hello. My study permit is already expired on July 30, 2024. I will graduate from my university in spring term, 2025. So I extended my study permit on June 24. I gave three calls to IRCC. The recent call I received message from them indicates that my study permit has been transferred to a special unit for further review. I also have the employment right now, my employer asked me to provide the updated sin and study permit. I do not have my update sin number and study permit, so my employer inactivate my work account as well. Can you give me some advice? I already used a web form to contact IRCC about my questions.
