Study permit Extension

Hello, everyone.

I applied for a study permit extension on November 15. My biometrics were updated the very next day, but I haven’t received any response yet even my background check and eligibility are still in progress. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Assume your date is incorrect. No concern because study permit extensions take around 5 months. So around March-April you should have a response. Check IRCC processing for timelines.
