Study permit Extension

Hello,
I recently received my Study permit extension.
Now it shows approved in GC key but I didn’t get any letter on GC key . I need the Approval letter of my study permit in urget.
Any suggestions?

I believe you will get it in the mail to your address...Can you share your timeline? When did you apply?

yes sure.. but i need that between 2-5 days and they post the doc within 6 weeks. So any idea about that? And I applied on 30th January 2022 and received on 17th March 2022

Oh I am not sure if there is anyway to get it sooner...Maybe call the customer service and ask them if there is a way to get the soft copy?
