You need to show funds for the cost of living for 1 year at least. E.g. 900*12months = 10,800CAD or until you graduate. Since you have still a long way to go, you will need to show proof for 1 year.
Are you working? Usually visa officers need to see money for your entire stay. But there have been cases of approval with less $$$$. It's a risk that you can take.
So if you've done it before, why do you ask again lol?
Anyways very unlikely that you will be given an extension, from reading your past posts, the main point you should focus on is convincing the officer that you will finish your program. Since you already did an extension before and have been changing programs frequently it will raise red flags.
If you've been in the country since 2015, did you finish atleast 1 program? Unfortunately, study permits are given to students and their main objective is to study.

(winter January to April 2020) ,was not able to go to school so i took this semester off.
Anyways, IRCC will ask you for what you've been doing since 2015 and will go over transcripts and such.
I believe you were told by members in Jan 2020 that it's hard to get another extension. Good luck
