Study permit extension

I applied for study permit extension on 24th September 2019 , still no results , they are just saying and showing on my account '' application in process''. Currently they are processing Oct 06-07 applications . My study has been done and waiting for transcripts that will be come on 28th January 2019 , if until that date I did not receive my study permit extension , can I apply for post graduation work permit or no ?.or if they deny my extension still can I apply for PGWP OR no ?They are not requesting any documents and saying just wait for it . I called them 9-10 times.I am expecting negative response from them or they will deny my extension application because I feel like if they want to take positive decision on my application , until this date should request some other documents from me . I totally exhausted and really need expert advice on my typical case , please help me.Thank you

I applied for PGWP on implied status , now what they will do with my SP extension do not know.

You can’t apply your PGWP with your implied status. If you are in canada and you don’t have a valid permit you cannot apply for work permit. You can apply for PGWP outside canada though.

ya I know but I applied because my SP extension file is under quality assurance so IRCC told me decision can take time upto april 2020 , so until that time I cannot work and 100 days for applying PGWP already passed , what left just 80 days.

No , I will wait until 26 feb 2020 , what they will do with SP extension after looking at transcripts,may be they will cancel my SP extension , then I need to apply for restoration .

Seems like nowadays IRCC just focusing on how to make a money , by keeping applications longer than normal and then saying your status expired so you need to restore your status , pay this amount . Money makers

when file is under quality assurance to verify everything they can request any thing , pay stubs ,college attendance ......

oh really..? My status is still showing as processing. I have no updates until today since October.
