Study permit extension

Hello Guys,

I have been in academic probation due to not finishing my project on time, so that my internship has been cancelled (postponed). For that reason I need to extend my study permit duration. So can anyone kindly suggest me what should I do now to extend my study permit in terms of documents and process to apply for extension.
