So i started my studies in 2013 but couldnt finiah it due to perasonal problems. I am in my final semster renewed my study permit twice. The last srudy permit given to me was for 7 months (march 2018). I was supposed to finish by december 2017 but due to unforseen circumstances i dont think i will be able to complete it by december. How can i renew it again for final time ?
When you request the extension, you'll need to satisfy CIC that you are still pursuing your studies actively. If you have taken longer than anticipated to complete your program, I would include an explanation as to why. An extension is never guaranteed so it's important that you demonstrate that you are in fact working to complete your studies.
Note that if you've taken an unplanned breaks or dropped down to part time student status, it's quite possible you won't qualify for a PGWP once you complete your studies. You have to remain a full time student to qualify for a PGWP - one part time semester is typically allowed but anything more than one ends in refusal.
