Hi I have applied my extension on 8th Nov 2020. I haven’t heard from the officer till now. I am planning to fly to India can my relatives courrier me my new study permit .?

is your current study permit still valid? if not, I don't think you can leave but you have implied status once you remain in Canada

Beaware that you can't come back, unless your DLI is willing to provide documentation that you have to be here in Canada.

There is no way you would be able to come back. Even if your relatives send you the new study permit, you need to have a valid TRV to get on to your flight and enter Canada. I would suggest get hold of both your new study permit and new TRV and then travel.
