Study permit extension with lower grades

I started studying in Canada in 2018 and currently enrolled in B.A program.I have faced some challenges in my studies and henceforth have had some bad grades I am about to apply extension because i might need more time to complete my studies, I have never skipped a semester or anything and have been continually enrolled you guys think i will get problems in getting approved for a study permit extension?

I don't think so. Grades should not be a problem and you do not transcripts to submit with your application unless they ask for it specifically. Just submit your letter of enrollment and letter of acceptance too if you have changed schools.

It's illegal work, so of course it can.
