Study permit extension: What to do/when do I apply?

So my trv expires this November and I'm done studying August.

But I have to visit the USA this August. But idk what to do? Should I apply and get my study permit, go to USA and come back and apply for trv?

I assume by TRV you mean the visa sticker in your passport and study permit is a piece of paper with an expiry date on it.

when does your study permit expire?

Yes I assume the sticker on the passport. My Trv expires on November

My study permit also on November. But my program ends in August. People say you can't enter the country without a new study permit. and yes I plan to come back in 2 weeks itself.

Yes I have already paid the fees for the 2nd program. It starts in September.

Apply for study permit then go to USA, you don't need the new study permit to re-enter Canada as long as TRV is valid.

And what documents do I need to extend my permit?
