Hy Guys , I submitted my study permit extension application to IRCC online, and after 60-65 days I receive a request letter telling me to pay for restoration and sending the receipt via online web form ,I made payment and send the receipt since October 24 and I haven’t received any response through the web form sent already.
Can anyone help me with any explanation on what might have gone wrong?
